I believe that your success is inevitable as long as you keep moving forward.
I am inspired by the idea that regardless of the challenges put in front of us, no matter how difficult or uncertain it may feel at times as we run our businesses, that we can succeed as long as we take purposeful actions that supports our vision. That is why I chose to name my coaching business “Keep Moving Forward & Co.”
I also believe that the state and circumstances of a business is a direct reflection of its owner. If something is not feeling right about your business, it is probably a sign that you as a leader need to grow in some way. Growth takes change...sometimes uncomfortable change. I would encourage you to mentally be prepared for some discomfort as you work your way through the coaching program. In fact, my hope is that by the time you are done, a part of you gets comfortable being in a state of sustained discomfort, because this is the space where the most growth can happen.
